COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ceram Optec RSSS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Chroma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Chroma such as the 110221102516502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DM363X manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMR302X00 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand 3129033551 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 35314171A equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JSSB21B02J made by Clifton-Precision as well as the popular CUWIN4300A original spares produced by Comfile-Technology Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM302Q by Cognex and 35314171A spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2030104RC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
